Services

Beliv8 Motion Studio provides motion design, animation, and video production services for brands and businesses. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, non-payment, or requests that conflict with our values.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables produced for you become your property. Beliv8 Motion Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

All source files, working documents, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Beliv8 Motion Studio unless a separate source-file license has been purchased.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Delayed payment may result in paused deliverables. Projects overdue by more than 30 days may incur a late fee.

All fees are non-refundable once a project milestone has been delivered and approved. Refund requests for work not yet started will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, feedback, and approvals required for us to perform our services. Delays caused by late feedback or approvals may result in revised project timelines, which will not be considered a breach on our part.

Limitation of Liability

Beliv8 Motion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
